Campus Rec Website

A complete re-design, re-organization, and re-coding of the Campus Recreation website. The new site was launched in August 2010. The idea was to make the site more graphic heavy, easier to navigate, and more accessible to our patrons. The use of large background images also gave us the opportunity to display our diverse and exciting facilities and programs. A code update in August 2011 allowed for the site to be optimized for use on different sized screens through the use of adaptive web design principles. This allows the site to be rendered faster and easier to read when using smaller devices such as a smart phone or tablet while also allowing users with a larger monitor to get the original, more graphical version of the site. I am no longer involved with maintaining or updating this site and this version of the site is longer active.
